1. Use of the Service

Our WhatsApp Service provides access to land-record, property-information, document retrieval, payment, and related services. The information you provide is used only as reasonably necessary to process your request, deliver the requested service, maintain service history, and provide customer support.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the service you select, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide through WhatsApp or through related service interfaces. This may include:

• WhatsApp Contact Information: Your WhatsApp phone number and the WhatsApp account/profile information made available to the Service.
• Messages and Service Requests: Messages, replies, service selections, commands, button selections, and other information you provide while communicating with the bot.
• Land and Property Search Information: District, taluka, village, survey/gat number, property details, holding details, document identifiers, and other search parameters needed for the selected land or property service.
• Document Information: Information required to locate, prepare, retrieve, or deliver requested land records and related documents. Where supported, files or images you voluntarily provide may also be processed.
• Order Information: Selected service, package, order details, order status, applicable amount, service timestamps, and delivery status.
• Wallet Information: Where the Service provides a wallet, we may maintain wallet balance, wallet credits/debits, and related transaction records required to operate the wallet and service purchases.
• Payment Information: For paid services, we may receive transaction/reference IDs, amount, payment status, and other information necessary to reconcile an order. Complete card credentials, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords should not be sent to the WhatsApp bot.
• Download and Payment History: Records necessary to provide the "My Downloads" and "Payment History" functions, including previously requested documents and relevant transaction records.
• Technical and Security Information: System logs and technical information may be processed to operate the Service, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

3. Location Information

Using the WhatsApp Service does not by itself require continuous background GPS tracking. We do not claim to collect precise device location merely because you communicate with the bot.

If a particular service requires location-related information and you voluntarily provide such information through a supported feature, it may be processed only for the relevant service request.

4. How We Use Your Information

We may use collected information for the following purposes:

• To communicate with you and respond to WhatsApp service requests.
• To identify and retrieve the land or property information you request.
• To provide the selected 7/12, 8A, Ferfar, Property Card, e-Mojni K-Prat, e-Records, Mahabhunaksha, Aapli Chawdi, eASR, Land Tax & Dues, and other available services.
• To process service bundles and combo packages selected by you.
• To process applicable payments and wallet transactions.
• To maintain order, payment, and download history.
• To deliver requested documents or service results through supported channels.
• To provide customer support and resolve service issues.
• To prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of the Service.
• To comply with applicable laws and lawful government or regulatory requests.

Some information provided through the Service may be obtained from publicly accessible government portals. External sources may change their availability, content, or accuracy independently of Egaleswift Global Advisors Private Limited.

The Service is not a government department or official government application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Maharashtra or its departments. Important legal or property information should be verified with the relevant official authority.

6. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information may be shared only when necessary to provide the requested service, including with WhatsApp/Meta, cloud or database providers, payment providers, and relevant public or external information sources.

We use reasonable security measures, including HTTPS/TLS where applicable, to protect information. However, no internet, messaging platform, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain order/payment/download history, provide support, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal requirements. You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of the Service by contacting egaleswift@gmail.com. Some information may be retained where required for legal, financial, security, or legitimate operational purposes.
