Welcome to the Land Recorder WhatsApp Service operated by Egaleswift Global Advisors Private Limited. By using this WhatsApp service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of Services

The Service provides access to land-record, property-information, document, and related services through WhatsApp, including 7/12, 8A Holding, Ferfar Mutation, Property Card, e-Mojni K-Prat, e-Records, Mahabhunaksha, Aapli Chawdi, eASR, Land Tax & Dues, document packages, and other services made available through the bot.

• You must use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for providing accurate land, property, and contact information required for your request.
• You must not misuse the bot, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service.

2. Payments & Refunds

Some services require payment. Applicable prices are displayed before an order is placed. Payments may be processed through our third-party payment provider.

• Payment or wallet transactions may be recorded for order and payment history.
• If a paid request fails because of a service or system error, the applicable refund will be processed according to the payment/refund process.
• Completed and successfully delivered digital services may not be refundable.

3. Documents & Public Information

The Service may retrieve or provide information from public or external sources for user convenience. Availability, accuracy, completeness, and processing time may depend on those sources.

• We do not claim ownership of government records or public information.
• Users should verify important legal, ownership, tax, valuation, or property information with the relevant official authority.
• The Service is not a substitute for certified documents issued directly by an authorized government office.

The Land Recorder WhatsApp Service is not a government department or official government application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Maharashtra, the Department of Revenue, the Land Records Department, or any other government authority.

5. WhatsApp & Service Availability

The Service depends on WhatsApp and other third-party systems, internet connectivity, public portals, and service infrastructure. We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, changes, or failures caused by third-party platforms or sources beyond our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Egaleswift Global Advisors Private Limited shall not be liable for losses resulting from inaccurate or unavailable external records, service interruptions, network failures, delays, or reliance on information obtained through the Service. Users remain responsible for verifying information before making important legal, financial, or property decisions.
